I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Woodsman during a business trip, and I can confidently say that it was a delightful experience. The warm welcome from the staff set the tone for the stay, particularly thanks to the professionalism of Jolene, who went above and beyond to accommodate my family's needs. The rooms were impressively clean and featured charming period furniture, which added a touch of character to our stay. I loved the balcony area where we could unwind after a busy day, and the small lounge was perfect for casual chats. Although there was some noise from the main road and neighbouring rooms during the evenings, it didn't overshadow the overall charm of the property, and I look forward to returning for a quieter experience in one of the newer units. It's a lovely spot for couples or friends looking to explore the nearby scenic attractions while enjoying a cozy retreat.
